Miami was the top city with 36 closings for a total sales volume of $8.354 million. Sunny Isles Beach reported just 2 sales for a total of $3.240 million. Homestead had a surprising 7 transactions totaling $1.371 million.
The top condo of the week was a three-bedroom unit at Trump Palace in Sunny Isles Beach. This 2,143 square foot condo at 18101 Collins Avenue sold for $1,640,000, or $765.28 per square foot. Richard Goihman sold this property after 266 days on the market.
