Miami Beach was the top city, recording a total volume of $36.525 million with 20 sales. Miami had 39 closings for a total of $11.208 million. Aventura followed with 14 transactions for a total of $6.328 million.
The top condo sale this week was a spectacular unit at Continuum South Beach in Miami Beach. This expansive four-bedroom, 5,049 square foot condo at 100 S Pointe Drive sold for a staggering $13,750,000, or $2,723.31 per square foot. This property was sold by Jill Hertzberg after being on the market for 305 days.
