Miami was the top city with 69 closings for a total of $21.888 million. Miami Beach had a total sales volume of $15.938 million with a reported 32 sales. Coral Gables reported 5 transactions for a total sales volume of $4.245 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a luxury unit at Continuum South in Miami Beach. This two-bedroom, 1,757 square foot property at 100 South Pointe Drive sold for $3,450,000, or $1,963.57 per square foot. Sheila Rojas sold this condo after 139 days on the market.
