Miami Beach was the top city with total sales volume of $15.536 million on a reported 22 closings. Miami followed with 49 sales for a total of $11.745 million. Aventura had 12 transactions for a total of $4.505 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a unit at Apogee in Miami Beach. This spacious, three-bedroom, 3,103 square foot property at 800 Pointe Drive sold for $7,000,000, or $2,255.88 per square foot. Nelson Gonzalez sold this condo after 95 days.
The Miami Dade condo market is hoping for a bounce back through Spring.
