The Miami Dade condo market continued its steady pace this past week. A total of 120 sales were reported, for a total volume of $54,196,559. The average price for a condo was $451,637.99, or $324.49 per square foot.
Miami Beach was the top city with a sales volume of $20.053 million on a reported 23 closings. Miami followed with 41 sales for a total of $11.884 million. Aventura had 15 transactions for a total of $8.625 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a penthouse at 1 Hotel & Homes in Miami Beach. This spacious three-bedroom, 2,543 square foot property at 102 24th Street sold for $6,357,000, or $2,499.80 per square foot. Tracy Galya sold this condo after 386 days on the market.
As we head into the end of March, the Miami Dade condo market remains upbeat.
