As we head into the end of March, the Miami Dade condo market remains steady. Last week saw a total of 133 sales for a total volume of $47,085,930. The average price for a condo was $354,029.55, or $263.82 per square foot.
Miami was the top city with 54 closings for a total sales volume of $15.269 million. Miami Beach reported 20 sales for a total of $11.728 million. Aventura followed with 9 transactions for a total sales volume of $4.018 million.
The top sale of the week was a 3,110 square foot unit at The Palace in Bal Harbour. This luxury, two-bedroom property at 10101 Collins Avenue sold for $2,600,000, or $836.01 per square foot. After 122 days on the market, this condo was sold by Anita Bigelman.
The Miami Dade condo market appears to be heading into a sunny April.
