As the end of summer nears, the Miami-Dade condo market had a strong showing last week with 119 units sold for a total sales volume of $50.279 million. The average sales price was $422,519.40, or $287.73 per square foot.
Miami was the top city in terms of number of units sold, with 52 closings for a total of $12.653 million. However, Miami Beach sales totaled $15.388 million over just 15 transactions.
The week’s top sale was Beach House 8 at 3651 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. This 4 bedroom, 3,783 square foot luxury property was sold for a whopping $7,500,000, or a price per square foot of $1,982.55. Daniela Bonetti sold this unit after just five days on the market.
The Miami-Dade condo market continues to look good for the rest of the summer.
