Miami was the top city with 93 closings for a total of $28.271 million. Miami Beach reported 21 sales for a total of $15.927 million. Sunny Isles Beach followed with 7 transactions totaling $11.345 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a spacious four-bedroom unit at Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach. This 7,600 square foot condo at 19575 Collins Avenue sold for a jaw-dropping $8,000,000, or $1,052.63 per square foot. Chad Carroll sold this property after 90 days on the market.
