Miami Beach was the top city with sales volume of $21.836 million on a reported 36 closings. Miami was followed with 63 sales for a total of $20.079 million. Key Biscayne reported 7 transactions for a total of $6.195 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a luxury unit at the Continuum in Miami Beach. This three-bedroom, 3,231 square foot property at 100 Pointe Drive sold for $6,437,500, or $1,992.42 per square foot. Timothy Singer sold this condo after 104 days on the market.
