The top three condo sales were more than $12 Million – each!!!

Another incredible week for Condo transactions in Miami. Fisher Island’s Palazzo Della Luna unit 6834 led the way with the sale of the 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home for $15 million. Coming in at number three ($12,400,000) was the sale of Penthouse 04 at Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach. The Average Sale price was an unbelievable $896,520 and 72 Days on Market.
