Agents must be taking a much needed summer holiday as reflected by lower condo sales this week. Overall, there were 128 Closings totaling $69,853,200. Topping the list was the exquisite 30th floor corner unit (#3000) at Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles for $5,500,000. This 4 bedroom/5.5 bath home features breathtaking views from the wraparound terraces, top of the line finishes, chef’s kitchen, custom closets and access to all of the 5-star amenities including gym, spa, pool, beach service, movie theater, wine and cigar room. Viviane Wolak represented the Seller and Luciene Cofresi brought the Buyer. The second highest sale at $3,200,000 was unit 66E at the prestigious Four Seasons on Brickell. Finishing out the top three was the sale of residence 1102 at Portovita North in Aventura for $2,650,000. Natalie Abadi and Sylvia Fragos represented the Seller and Buyer. Despite lower sales, Days on Market remained low at 48 with an Average Sale Price of $545,728.
