Miami was the top city with 47 sales for a total sales volume of $12.506 million. Miami Beach reported 16 closings for a total of $8.676 million. There were 7 transactions in Coral Gables for a total of $3.802 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a 3,615 square foot unit at the Carillon on Miami Beach. This four-bedroom residence at 6899 Collins Avenue sold for $2,220,000, or $614.11 per square foot. After 136 days on the market, this condo was sold by Dale Hamel.
