The top condo sale of the week was a 1,746 square foot penthouse at 1 Hotel & Homes on Miami Beach. This two-bedroom residence at 102 24th Street sold for $3,500,000, or $2,004.58 per square foot. After 382 days on the market, this condo was sold by Tracy Gayla.
The Miami Dade condo market remains positive through the end of February.
