Istvan Zolcsak represented the Seller and MariaClaudia Fernandez brought the Buyer. The second largest sale was the residence 905 at Acqualina Ocean on Sunny Isles Beach for $2,400,750. This 3 bedroom home features spectacular water views, chef’s kitchen, high end finishes and incredible amenities including multiple pools and beach club. The transaction was represented by Carole Perez and Sabina Furman. The third largest sale was unit 7C at Villa Harbour on Key Biscayne. Selling for $2,100,000 by Shane Graber, this unique villa in a boutique community has incredible views, private mini beach and close proximity to the Village. Real Estate Agents must be taking some much deserved time off as seen in the decreased numbers. There were only 135 Sales totaling $69,508,348. However, prices remained high with the Average Sale Price steady at $514,876 and 48 Days on Market.
