The largest closing was residence 1101 at The Elysee for $2,970,000. Felise Eber represented the Seller and Pedro Velasco brought the Buyer. Coming in second at $2,800,000 was unit 504 at Ocean Club on Key Biscayne for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in a gorgeous full-service building with first class amenities. The transaction was represented by Liz Hogan and Elena Chacon. The third highest sale ($1,850,000) was unit 802 at Atlantic One at the Point. This spacious, sun-drenched 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Aventura includes a large chef’s kitchen, multiple balconies, resort-style amenities, tennis and cafe. Cassio Galiza represented the Seller and Lucas Pucheta brought the Buyer. There were 113 Sales Totaling $58,004,749. Average Sale Price was $513,316 and 33 Days on Market.
