The Miami-Dade condo market lagged slightly this past week. There were 120 sales with a total sales volume of $44,886,508. The average condo sale price was $374,054.23, or $314.86 per square foot.
Miami was the top city with 47 closings for a total of $17.157 million. Miami Beach reported a sales volume of $9.563 million with 25 sales. Sunny Isles Beach reported 9 transaction for a total of $6.982 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a three-bedroom unit at the Residences at Vizcaya in Miami’s Coconut Grove. This 2,710 square foot condo at 3535 Hiawatha Avenue sold for $2,212,000, or $816.24 per square foot. This property was sold by Sonia de Medeiros after just 30 days on the market.
