Miami Condo prices continue to soar with the top three sales ranging from $8,900,000 – $14,000,000 and an Average Sale Price of $869,163! In the number one spot was the outrageous 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath home at The Surf Club Four Seasons that sold for $14 Million.  This custom designed residence features an oceanfront terrace with private pool and 5-star amenities including spa, fitness center, restaurants, designated concierge, private lobby, pool and beach service.
