Fisher Island is home to the largest condo sale this week at $30,000,000!

It was another jaw-dropping week of condo sales. The $30 Million closing of the ultra-luxurious Penthouse 6803 in Palazzo della Luna on Fisher Island took the top spot. Luis Gonell represented the Buyer in this transaction. The third largest sale was Oceana Key Biscayne unit 802 N for $8,800,000 for a modern, high-end fully furnished flow-through 4 bedroom unit. Giulietta Ulloa and Barbara Lamar represented the Seller and Buyer. Once again, it was another amazing week with 345 Sales totaling $291,317,212. The Average Sale Price was $844,397 and 71 Days on Market.
