Miami was the top city with 60 closings for a total of $25.088 million. Miami Beach reported 23 sales for a total of $21.297 million. Bal Harbour followed with 3 transactions for a total of $4.670 million.
The top sale of the week was a spacious three-bedroom condo at Apogee in Miami Beach. This 3,103 square foot unit at 800 South Pointe Drive sold for $7,250,000, or $2,336.45 per square foot. The property was sold by Nelson Gonzalez after 393 days on the market.
