Miami Beach was the top city, reporting a sales volume of $31.267 million with 20 sales. Miami followed with 53 closings for a total of $14.692 million. Key Biscayne reported 5 transactions for a total of $5.979 million.
The top sale of the week was a combined unit with five bedrooms at Continuum South in Miami Beach. This expansive 4,378 square foot unit at 100 South Pointe Drive sold for a jaw-dropping $13,250,000, or $3,026.50 per square foot! This property was sold by Eloy Carmenate after 151 days on the market. The Miami Dade condo market outlook remains optimistic.
