Acqualina, 1 Hotel & Homes and Grove at Grand Bay had the largest sales this week


The Tower Suite at Mansions of Acqualina was the top sale ($9,500,000) for the week ending October 2nd. This spectacular 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath home in the sky encompasses the entire floor with four terraces, 360 degree views, summer kitchen, private pool and spa. In addition to all the expected luxury amenities, this one includes a soccer field, wine/ cigar lounge and room service. Sandra Debuire represented the Seller and Barry Levinson brought the Buyer. The second highest sale was Penthouse 1708 for $7,700,000 at 1 Hotel & Homes represented by Jennifer Restrepo. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath oceanfront residence was sold fully furnished. The new owners will enjoy resort-style living, Bamford Wellness Spa, chauffeured transportation, roof top pool, concierge and private lobby. Unit 1701S at The Grove at Grand Bay was the 3rd largest sale at $7,400,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath with beautiful bay views and wraparound balconies. This sale was represented by Guillermo De La Paz and Sandra Masis. Sales were up this week with 240 Closings totaling $155,769,130. The Average Sale Price was $649,040 and 69 Days on Market.
