CondoWatch Miami: Week of September 1 – 7

The Miami-Dade condo market was down in a week shortened by the Labor Day holiday and Hurricane Dorian. There were 69 sales with a total sales volume of $27,492,679. The average condo sale price was $398,444.63, or $324.49 per square foot.

Miami Beach was the top city with 11 closings for a total of $10.907 million. Miami reported a sales volume of $7.084 million with 27 sales. Coral Gables reported 4 transactions for a total of $2.714 million.

The top condo sale of the week was a residence at Portofino Tower in Miami Beach. This 4,300 square foot home at 300 S Pointe Dr sold for $8,000,000, or $1,860.47 per square foot. This property was sold by Dora Puig after 105 days on the market.

The Miami Dade condo market is looking to bounce back next week.
