Miami was the top city with 62 closings for a total of $20.159 million. Sunny Isles reported a sales volume of $6.062 million with 7 sales. Miami Beach reported 11 transactions for a total of $4.608 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a residence at St. Regis Bal Harbour. This 2,123 square foot home at 9703 Collins Ave sold for $2,900,000, or $1,365.99 per square foot. This property was sold by Julian Johnston after 58 days on the market.
