Miami Beach was the top city with 20 closings for a total of $16.217 million. Miami reported a sales volume of $7.270 million with 30 sales. Bal Harbor reported 1 transactions for a total of $6.125 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a residence at St. Regis Bal Harbour. This 5,016 square foot home at 9701 Collins Ave sold for $6,125,000, or $1,576.98 per square foot. This property was sold by Billy Hernandez after 348 days on the market.
