This building is a sham
The prices of the units in this building change like the wind. Since nothing has sold in over a year there are no more amenities. This unit started out with 3 bedrooms and now miraculously has 4 bedrooms. I guess that is why the price has gone up,in this economy, from 1.7 m to over 2 m. What is wrong with the people or person who owns The Barcelona? Are these people living in Europe or L.A., I say L.A. because this building is suppose to be in Beverly Hills but in reality isn't. Do they realize we are in a depression? I hope they do us a solid and tell the truth about these units or at least lower there prices.

Beware!<br/>Like any good ole fairy tale, looks can be decieving. This property reminds me of Hansel and Gretel. The building is beauitufl like the gingerbread house. However, the house is run by an old witch (who is played by Marie-France, who is the realtor and apparently part investor, very strange). These units seem beautiful and rare, however, there are many problems: <br/>1) They are pressed against a major road and this building is at the end of a cul-de-sac, which makes Hillgreen Drive isolated. The building isn't accessible to fire and police vehicles and makes getting onto the major road a problem because in order to get anywhere, one must cut through the streets of Beverly Hills. VERY TIME CONSUMING <br/>2) What is with the prices changes? Something is very fishy about this building. <br/>3) It has been on the market for over 300 days and they still hasn't sold a single unit since November 2008<br/>4) It's already had an auction and still half the units remain unsold <br/>5) I was told that all the amenities are gone (which is a huge selling point for condos)<br/>6) Hillgreen Drive is in the southern most part of Beverly Hills, in fact until 1990s, Hillgreen Drive wasn't even part of Beverly Hills!<br/><br/>Word to the wise, turn around and follow your bread crumb trail home. <br/><br/>
