Upper floor units also have the view of the Indian River and gorgeous sunsets. The 2 bedroom 2 baths inside units have 1,053 square feet of living space and a balcony that overlooks the beach. Corner units are 1,113 square feet of living space and a wraparound balcony. Located just 1.5 miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway, Atlantis A residents enjoy convenient access to Florida's Treasure Coast shopping, restaurants, nightlife and so much more. Atlantis A has private beach access, an oceanfront heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, picnic tables and barbeque grills. The building boasts a game room with a kitchen, secondary parking for your RV, truck and boat, bike storage and an individual storage locker for each condo. The maintenance fee is $312 per month as of July 2017. This fee pays for use of all facilities in the common areas, building security, exterior maintenance and insurance, pest control, basic cable, water and a car rinse area. This is a no pet building and there is no smoking allowed in the common areas. There is a minimum 1 month lease rule, up to 12 times per year.

Atlantis B is a great investment building. It is located directly on the sand and within .75 miles of the causeway back to downtown Jensen Beach and the mainland. With the ability to rent multiple times per year at a one month minimum, you have a great opportunity to generate rental income when you are not in residence. Security has been increased with the newly installed gate access system. The board has done a good job in keeping the monthly condo association fees reasonable. With the recent repainting of the building and addressing issues with the front cat walks and rear balconies, the building has been revitalized and ready to be enjoyed for another 40 years.
