    Terrible Management!

    The structures are very old and falling apart. Nearly all the apartments leak. The place is a den of illegals. The units are overcrowded. As many as ten persons occupy one unit. There are too many cars and some without valid stickers and limited parking space. The area is haunt of mostly Hispanics. Many vendors come to sell their wares. The place is very noisy. Loud music is so common. You feel as if you are in Mexico. The management is currently in the hands of Vietnamese and their cronies who are out to make quick buck. They do not take care of the problems. Communicating with them is a real headache as they can barely speak English. Very bad place to live or invest your money! This place needs a real turnaround. <br/><br/>
