    Solid Building in heart of Brickell

    Building is nice and next door is the recently completed second tower. They've finally cleaned up the construction so visually it is alot nicer entering the building(s). Has a nice urban feel and you can walk to Mary Brickell Village right out your door. It is FHA Approved which always helps in obtaining financing. Priced well and the units are laid out very well although as in most of the newer buildings the square footage is somewhat small. Has it's fair share of Short Sales which can take a longtime to close, but there is no financial obligation until the bank comes back to you and informs you that you have been awared the unit.
