    Great place to live

    I have lived at Carlton Palms for a little over a year now. I live on the 4th floor. I think the place is amazing. Very quiet and private. Excellent neighbors and and security is outstanding. Keyed entry into the complex. Good lighting outside and in the interior hallways. Several elevators so you can park anywhere and get to your apartment with ease. Laundry facility on each floor along with convenient trash shoots. The indoor pool is heated and i like going swimming in the winter months. There are security cameras located throughout the facility. Mostly studio apartments so most tenants are individuals who love their privacy. Its the perfect place for walking around town enjoying the nightlife and weekend festivals.
