    Great location

    Great location and value for money. The downside is the atmosphere as of late. The board has instituted a police state complete with informants hiding in bushes to squeal on other residents breaking the rules. It's like Eastern European before the wall came down - just terrible.<br/><br/>Also the property manager isn't the sharpest tool in the shed and is unresponsive. When work needs to be done, it's often slipshod because no one manages the work (like the parking lot reno) - sloppy. <br/><br/>Bottom line - So....if you are looking to be highly monitored and like a strong sense of order - (maybe you just got out of jail and want the comforts of your cell) - THIS is the place for you.
