This building is conveniently located to some of Palm Beaches best shops and dining such as Worth Ave, boutiques and dining along Lake Worth Ave, and the beautiful ocean and intercoastal Palm Beach PAR 3 Golf Course is less than a mile away with its updated clubhouse and Al Fresco restaurant. The building has easy access to the walking trail along the intercoastal. Grocery shops, medical offices, and access to highways are within a 5 minute commute.
