    TOWING SCAM!

    I've lived at the Hamptons since last August and they are receiving a kickback from the towing company to provide them with a list of when parking passes expire! Everyone I have met at the Hamptons has been towed at least once! I already paid for September rent but hadn't extended my parking pass yet...it expired the last day of August. At 1:30am on Sept. 1st my car had been towed. So it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the Hamptons are in on the towing scam! In less than 2 hours of my parking pass expiring my car was towed. There are hundreds of cars in this parking lot so there's no way they just happened upon my car! Also when we were moving in our friends car was towed within minutes of him unloading it and moving stuff into our house. It wasn't even parked for 2 minutes and it was towed. If you want to be towed and pay $100 everytime then the Hamptons might be the place for you! I don't understand why they even have a gate which you need a pass to enter if they're just going to tow everyone! Also the buildings all have mold and mildew issues and are pretty much crumbling so DON'T BUY ANY OF THE UNITS!!!!

    a huge scam!

    I owned a unit in this terrible place, I was ripped off by the selling office who promised me 1 yr of free HOA, little did I know that they would ask me to pay later. I had a leak in the unit due to a poor building design, every time it rained water would accumulate in my living room and my foyer. I called the management many times they sent somebody who took pics but never did anything.<br/>Some neighbors had to leave because of toxic mold due to roof leaks...<br/>There is absolutely no insulation you can litterally ear your neighbors passing gas!<br/>The pipes of the AC (For the water resulting from condensation I guess..) were clogged, nobody ever took care of it....<br/>What else...oh yeah and that towing scam....my car got towed too even though I had an owner sticker..the reason was the tag had expired...yeah right, I know for sure that they get a kickback from the towing company!<br/><br/>The property manager is a complete jerk who runs an office full of unprofessional bitchy Bimbos...they had my old car registered with 2 different numbers, the bottom line was I had a sticker on my new car that did not match anything in their records....how professional is that? they were quicker to tow than to really help the residents....<br/><br/>Terrible place, stay away from there people!!!!, and by the way it is falling apart due to so many building code violations....hope nobody pays their dues to the HOA....<br/><br/>I paid my unit 239,000 $ and it is now worth 35,000......why do you think it is? the answer is because it is a bad investment and they are trying to minimize their loss...

    How unprofessional and poorly managed. I cant believe this is a place of residence. The Association runs The Hamptons. The Association is a group of people that make the decisions at The Hamptons. The Association is all about money, so if you have a FAMILY then you shouldn't waist your time. Imposable to get a hold of and doesn't listen when you do reach them. Just look at all the reviews...this place is a FUCKING DUMP!
