The German Fininvest Corp. backed Fritz Scharenberg, a man of vision to build Key Colony which started in 1978. Mr. scharenberg knew how to "levarage" Politicians in order to get things done and did so. Key Colony is a truly innovative design and featured the Creme de la Creme of Managers in it's first building, The Tidemark,as Jack R. Holeman author of Condominium Management (Prentice-Hall Publishers) literally wrote the "Bible" of condominium management and practiced what he preached. I was a disciple and Concierge attached to the Security staff. The book still sits on my desk. I spent thirteen years there.
