    This is a great place to live!

    It is nice and quiet. Neighbors are great. Two small pets allowed. Convenient to downtown. Great and safe for walking. I have to walk my 2 little dogs in the dark due to work hours and it is perfectly safe. The management company is great and responds quickly and the Board of Directors are a great group! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. I did just a little updating to my condo and love it. Gated, garage parking, elevators, no one can access the condos indoor without being escorted/allowed in by a tenant! SAFE!

    Managed Poorly

    I would like to advise anyone thinking of buying or renting in this building to STAY AWAY!!!! The HOA board is power hungry and completely nuts. The management company knows this so they stay as far away as possible. This is one community that needs help in communication. On other notes the whole building is not up to code. There are many safety hazards and very old electrical and plumbing! STAY AWAY!!
