I think this is a great building. As far as the comment about short sales. There are only 9 out of 433+/_ units this is not a lot. I think management needs to be addressed, very unorganized and have no clue as to what is going on in the building, fees, etc. I could run this office better for an outside location.

Management is AWFUL.
The management here is extremely unorganized. The people at the front desk are rude when answering the telephone and when speaking to a resident in person. When trying to get in touch with the valet service to have a car ready, the front desk either hangs up or tells you they can't tell the Valet service anything even though they are less than TEN FEET away from each other. The main office has no idea what they're talking about and have no idea where anywhere in the office is at any given time and do not have the problem solving skills required to run an effective building. When you approach them with an issue, rather than helping you solve that issue, they attack you for even bringing things to their attention. The building is gorgeous, and the rooms are spacious. But it's not worth the constant pain in the neck to deal with management. There are plenty of other well-run buildings in Brickell.

Great Bldg to live in !
I consider this a very well priced building if you are into open space living. The units are two story open NY loft style. Depending on the unit the views are really nice with city, River and Bay views. I have lived here for almost 2 years now and do not have any complaints. I just wish I wouldve moved in sooner! <br/>Great staff, valet parking is a big plus, and the views from my balcony are just incredible. The price per sq ft is below market value and the open style living adds more space to your loft.
