cooler outside than inside. management is a revolving row of twenty something latina's who are uneducated and inarticulate. the only thin they know how to do is nod and say sorry or i don't know. its a new person every week. the ac works for who they like and is shut off for whom they don't. it looks nice and for a family that was effected by the economy, think twice please. this is good if you speak spanish as a native language and and don't care. price is ok, and you might like upgrades, but unless you like lazy "stereotypical" maintenance or your ac going out "after hours" then don't move here. the property management employees who live here think they are the queens of the complex. meanwhile, they don't pick up after their dogs poop, have a sense of entitlement when it comes to tenants and their belongings, and are rude to visitors and tenants children. Again if you like unprofessional uneducated people who have a sense of entitlement and cannot communicate properly in English or have an American business sense, then don't live here. I regret it.
