A Fantastic Community!!! The Best Kept Secret of the Area!!!
As a recent buyin in the complex, I think the Piazza Dallas has more to offer than any other location in the Dallas/Oak Lawn area. The dollar certainly goes a lot further in this community than most of the other comparably-newer units and complexes nearby. I've noted attention to detail in every facet of the property from the common areas, to the individual units. Owners seem to really take care of their places and always present their own units in a crisp, clean, sophisticated style. The management staff has been more than accommodating throughout every aspect of my purchase and closing on the unit that i bought, even though I did NOT buy through the on-location realtors. Grounds workers keep all the common areas clean and clutter-free. There is never an abundance of employee vehicles parked all over the property. There seems to be a HUGE level of privacy-respect among the owners/tenants here. No one seems to encroach upon others, all the while remaining alert of others around them at all times. There is no loud music or parties going at all hours. And this place almost advertises itself as a perfect party locale on that HUGE piazza! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This community is RIGHT THERE! I think it's the best kept secret of the area!

What a gem!
I just ran across this complex by accident while searching the zip code and was SHOCKED to find such good deals! In my opinion, this complex epitomizes upscale living in the Oak Lawn area. There are many of the brownstone style freestanding buildings, but none hold a candle to the elegance of this type of condo building! The gounds are very well cared for, the tenants are very respectful of each other, everything always seems clean and new. I am loving living here! We have a great on-site staff that really takes care of things, and also seem to take their jobs seriously. I am even looking to buy another condo here as investment property.
