Bad Smell?
My first impression of Points West 2 condominiums located at 3131 W Cochise Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85051 was via pictures and my impression was good. Then I physically visited the property and witnessed numerous stray cats (12) roaming the property. It was obvious to me that the strong odor of cat urine meant there were many more "unseen" cats in the area! <br/><br/>The location of the property is great! Being in walking distance to Starbucks and Metro Mall is really nice, however, I am not willing to live among a constant cat urine smell (and I am personally a cat owner of 2).<br/><br/>Julie
