Building Description
Printers Lofts is located is Downtown St. Louis. This is a true urban style loft residence with an edgy modern feel. There are two buildings, the eastern building is known as Blackwell- Wielandy building that was constructed in 1907. The western building is called the Mary Muffet building, it was constructed in 1917. Just like the name- these buildings originally hosted different printing companies and leading stationary firms. Today they have been converted into beautiful loft residences. The units come in different sizes and have nice features. You can find exposed brick walls, concrete columns, exposed ductwork and sprinkler pipes, high ceilings, polished concrete flooring, warehouse style windows, open loft feel, modern kitchens with nice appliances and much more.
