    Management is awful at best

    Don't waste your money renting or owning. I don't even know why we have a building manager. She does absolutely nothing to help improve quality of life. She's rude and dismissive, and more interested in flirting/chatting with the front desk guard. An automated call box would be more compassionate and responsive to tenants' needs. Unless you're on her favorite list, don't expect to be heard. In fact, if you're not in with her, expect to be harassed.<br/><br/>Definitely not worth the overpriced association fees. Your best bet is to look into the 801 building or other neighborhood options.
