As a condo leasee I see the confusion created by this entity renting motel rooms by the day/week/month. Anybody can rent a room; there's no 'credit/criminal checks' performed to renters of a room, therefor, a few undesirables make this an unpleasant community. Always some commotion/commotions persisting 24/7! Keep to yourself and try to drown out the noises/disturbances, and, oh, yeah, don't go out after dark and you'll be ok.
