The new management company is great. All of my neighbors are courteous. Renovations are underway, including the gym and facade to make it even nicer. Also, even after I move to the suburbs, I will likely keep this as an investment property.

Quietly elegant, welcoming building. Excellent security,, elevators never crowded, neighbors friendly and respectful, mail and package services super-convenient, new gym, clean trash rooms. . Beautiful beaux arts building inside and out, well cared-for with solid financials and good forward planning. Interior includes original mosaics, brass elevators, tall windows with millwork. Responsive and intelligent management. 24-hour on-site staff members know who you are, screen all visitors, respond instantly and generously to special requests. And the same staff people stay for years. My unit has 3 exposures, 3 marble baths, exposed brick, wood floors throughout, stainless and granite kitchen. I’ve been happy here for more than 13 years. The only amenity it lacks is a pool.
