    Great location at Brickell, known as the "Park Avenue of the South"; pastel-colored building with concierge service, valet and 24 hour security; covered parking; pool; jacuzzi; sauna; exercise room social room plus convenience store on the property; although an older building, many units have been upgraded and renovated with super finishes and appointments; marble flooring in most residences;

    Great views

    The Metropolitan is a very solid building. It is more established and was filled up before the boom/craash. There are a few Short Sales to contend with, but you see that in most all buildings.
