    Building Management is Crazy

I live here and the building management and condo owners are anal about EVERYTHING. About one week after we moved in, our neighbor complained about us COOKING!! As in normal cooking noises (I was using a blender). Of course, the condo board VP came and yelled at us; didn't even give me a chance to say what I was doing, just YELLED. Lovely first experience living here. Next few months, I started ordering food online because my wrists are weak and my toddler does not make shopping easy. The groceries come in boxes. Company needs their boxes back, so I put them in the hall on the day the company says they will pick up the boxes. Get yelled at again, told to keep the boxes in the condo. The delivery company only picks up boxes during normal working hours. Not sure the building mgmt understand that I AM WORKING DURING THE DAY. And the last straw is, I borrowed a condo cart to bring groceries up to my condo. Kept it in the hall about an hour, and then brought it back down. Building manager then proceeds to say it is a violation of building code. 1) There is still a path of egress as there was still a good four feet between cart and wall and 2) I'd like to see her raise a toddller and be able to bring a cart down immediately after using it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wish I could recommend living here, but I just can't. The neighbors are either downright inconsiderate (one plays loud music at 3 am) or so anal that they will jump on you the second you are perceived to violate any condo bylaws. The building management and condo board is just as bad. Please think twice before living here.
