THE CONDOS WERE SELLING FOR ALMOST TWICE THE AMOUNT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO, THE WASHER/DRYER UNITS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND GYM ARE ONLY OPEN ON WEEKENDS. THERE HAS BEEN FLOODING ON THE PROPERTY CAUSEING FLOODS IN THE CONDOS. THERE IS A SEVERE CASE OF ROT THROUGH THE COMPLEX. THE ASSOCIATIONS FEES HAVE INCREASED, BUT THE ASSOCIATION IS VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH IF A PROBLEM OCCURS.

Horrible place to live. Kids run wild, neighbors blast music, no access to pool or gym. We asked for a key several times and was never given one (but what does it matter anyways, pool and gym are closed most of the time). They do random building maintenance with no warning. There has been twice where the water turned off while I was mid-shower and they refuse to turn it back on for 1-2 extra minutes. Also, the buildings themselves are awful looking. Growing mildew or mold on the outside of them. If I wasn't forced to live here, I would move out asap without notice. Its terrible living here.

I just bought a condo and i was given my keycard which worked to enter the grounds, pool and gym from the association. They gave me no issues with it so i can only assume with these other reviews maybe owner owes some association fees?? I found the staff to be very helpful thank god. Because the unit i bought needs a lot of work but well you get what you pay for and then some. you cant beat the price though.
