    A Great Condo Complex

    The Trition Towers are a great condo complex in Miami Beach on Collins. Not only is it a great place to live in but it is also a wonderful place to rent out to buyers. This complex is located right on the sandy beach and has beautiful views. Along with the location and views the building has a pool and other amenities that cater to the residents.

    Renovations Near Completion, a Gem is reborn in South Beach!

    Location is key in South Beach, and Triton Tower is positioned in a sweet spot right in the Faena District right on the beach amongst some of the most luxurious Hotels, with a strip of restaurants, café's, shops and a supermarket just below on Collins Ave, a Starbucks conveniently located right across the street, and only a 20 minute drive to Miami Airport. The building is nearing completion of it's 40 Year Recertification, with upgrades to impact windows for all units and concrete repair on balconies. The exterior renovations and and new white and blue colors bring a new face to this historical building, and are expected to be completed early 2022. The building provides 24 hour security, and fob entry access. Prices on listings can vary significantly as some units are still the same as the original design, while many others have done full renovations and opened spaces between the kitchen and living areas to create more modern and open design.
