    Great Everything Except Management

    This is a lovely place to live, the residents are professional and quiet, the location is the best, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. I love the pool, gym and meeting room available for use. My ONLY complaint is the property manager Patrick Jandebeur who does not represent the property to its standards. He is rude and unaccomodating. In this real estate market, you need your team to align with your reputation. <br/><br/>Very good job Waverly at having a wonderful place otherwise. I love it.

    Great Building and Great Management

    Patrick Jandebeur has always been an excellent Manager. While he is dearly missed by many of us, we love the new Manager just as much. We hear Patrick is doing very well at his new building and remains a super-star there also. He is excellent! It is sad that some people have to be so negative and hide behind anonymity.<br/><br/>The Waverly at Las Olas is a great place to live in every respect.<br/>

    GREAT VALUE, GREAT LOCATION, AND GREAT AMENTEITIES!!!!

    Beautiful resort style building in downtown ft Lauderdale. If you love having everything at your fingertips this place is for you! Beautiful spaces with balconies and views of downtown. Spacious Rooftop pool and hot tub with a great view! Gym on site! A cafe and sushi lounge below. Grocery and drugstore in walking distance, also walking distance to tons of great restaurants. 1 mile from Los Olas Blvd. Parking garage on site. When you enter the building you are always greeted with a friendly face! This place is a gem! Great value, Great location, great management!
