Randy B. Zalis (aka “Mr. Channelside”) He is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), & a Realtor. He has earned an MBA (Florida State University), a Master of Science in Real Estate (Georgia State University), & an MA-Economics (SUNY-Buffalo). Further, he has taught real estate courses at The University of Tampa & Georgia State University. He has been appointed to FAR's Smart Growth Subcommittee.
