Matthew Pluznick, Chief Operating Officer, joined Condo.com in December of 2004 as one of the company's first employees. Matthew's responsibilities have grown to include management of Company operations across multiple revenue channels, project management, business development, partnership relations, industry research, traffic analytics, data outsourcing and strategic growth initiatives. He also manages key online marketing initiatives including organic search engine optimization, pay-per-click programs, affiliate marketing, ad publishing, social media programs and e-commerce.
Matthew previously worked as an online marketing consultant for several internet companies including MyWorkster.com, a professional networking website for college graduates and KidsHomeFitness.com, a leader in educational health and fitness for children.
Matthew earned his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Miami's Graduate School Of Business, where he served as President of the Graduate Business School. Matthew attended the University of Virginia where he received a degree in Psychology and Foreign Affairs as well as certification from the McIntire Business Institute.
