Richard Swerdlow
Founder / CEO
Richard Swerdlow, CEO, founded Condo.com, (formerly US Condo Exchange), in 2005 and is responsible for the Company's strategic direction and operations.
Previously, Mr. Swerdlow founded Everything Wireless, the first consumer cataloger and Internet retailer which provided national distribution of
wireless phones and accessories. The Company grew to $100 million in revenues

with over 750,000 active customers and was sold to Federated Department Stores in 2000. Mr. Swerdlow began
his career practicing law in the Public Finance Departmentof Greenberg Traurig, Miami, Florida where he helped structure bond financings for a
variety of municipal clients as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations and a licensed
Real Estate Broker.Mr. Swerdlow lives in South Florida and enjoys sailing and spending time with his family.
